Last year the Afro-Punk festival was cancelled after a Hurricane hit the east coast. This year the festival has returned and looks to be even better with a huge list of bands and a skate contest “Battle for the Streets” put on by Nike. The festival is taking place at Commodore Barry Park in Brooklyn, NY and starts today around 10AM. Check the flyers below for skate contest details [SKATERS MUST FILL OUT THIS WAIVER]. For all other festival details visit the Afro-Punk site.
