Supporters of a Rochester skate park are one step closer to having a park of their own in downtown Rochester.

Mayor Lovely Warren’s proposed budget includes $100,000 for the project. If it happens — the skate park will be built underneath the Frederick Douglas and Susan B.  Anthony bridges.
