If you’ve been by the SHUT flagship store on Orchard St. lately you might’ve noticed the “store for rent” sign. As of today it’s official – after 10 years strong in the LES on Orchard Street SHUT will close it’s doors after this weekend and will operate solely through their online store until they relocate in early Spring 2018. Until then, they’ll be setting up pop-ups for the Fall/Winter seasons throughout the Tri-State Area while the team refocusses their wholesale and export divisions – going strong over 30 years now. If you have any questions hit them up at [email protected] or send them some love on IG @shutnyc. Looking forward to seeing the next chapter of New York’s oldest skateboard company.
