The second Andy Kessler Day put on by the Andy Kessler Foundation was celebrated at the House of Vans (Brooklyn, NY) Saturday afternoon. Topping last year’s nose obstacle this year was a 20′ skateboard (via Dennis McNett & Pat Smith) modeled after the iconic AK shape edged with metal coping. Best tricks went down on the huge board and of course in the bowl. Winners included: Derek Rinaldi, Travis McCormack and Willy Akers. Triple Hex and Dirty Fences performed, Dante RossDJ’d while everyone enjoyed the perfect Spring day inside and outside of HOV watching, eating some free food or skating.
