Staten Island, NY is about to get their first indoor skate park this Summer. 5050 Skate Park (354 Front St) will be open 7 days a week to all bikes, skateboards, scooters, and rollerbladers. It’s conveniently located around the corner from the Stapleton train station – a short distance from the Staten Island Ferry and Staten Island expressway. Sessions will run you $12 but they do offer Daily ($20), Weekly ($60) and Monthly ($200) passes. If you’re down to support the park they’re currently running a “Buy A Brick” program where your donation will result in an inscribed brick which will be displayed in the park’s entrance.
