Cons is hosting another workshop series today (11am – 5pm) at Fast Ashleys Studio in Williamsburg Brooklyn. It’s titled “Creative Recycling” and will teach participants the key skills of repurposing used skateboards. From building furniture from recycled skate decks to designing and painting finished pieces, the daylong workshop will be led by designer, craftsman, and founder of skateboard recycling company, Deckstool, Jason Podlaski, with the help of friend of CONS and Boulevard Skateboards pro, Quim Cardona.
