Wounded Knee Skateboards recently put out a board remembering Andy Kessler (graphic by Walt Pourier using Ivory Serra’s photo) with the iconic Kess pointed nose. All profits from Kessler board sales will help Wounded Knee get boards to kids and also to support contests and art projects that will surround the skatepark scene around there new concrete park in Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota. Read Wounded Knee’s founder – Jim Murphy’s post here.
We also wanted to mention that there will be an Andy Kessler Day at the House of Vans (Brooklyn, NY) on August 6th, 2011, see our events page for more info.
