Go Skateboarding Day hit NYC once again bringing thousands of skateboarders to the streets. 5Boro, Nike, CCS & RedBull framed out the day with events at the Maloof skate park in Queens, Coleman skate park down in the LES where they held some best trick contests – congrats to Frankie Spears, Michael Powley and Dylan Nieves who won the combo best trick taking home $500. The day ended with a special Nike demo on a barge docked at Pier 88. Afterwards SHUT hosted an after party at Tammany Hall with special guest Cerebral Ballzy.
It was great seeing everyone yesterday and of course some dope skating, big thanks to Steve Rodriguez and all the sponsors for putting together such a great day!
