At 1pm today the TWS Come Up Tour begins at McCarren Skatepark. The contest gives unsponsored skaters across the country the chance to get noticed on multiple levels. Sponsored by KCDC Skateshop, Labor Skateshop, Official, Independent Trucks, Bones Wheels, Stance, Lurkville, Remind Insoles, Dakine, Arizona Iced Tea, Skatepark of Tampa, Sioeye Cameras, and Arcade Belts. Aside from the huge package of product that first place winners from each stop will receive, winners will have the opportunity to film a video part in the span of a month that will be hosted on twskate.com. Fans will vote for their favorite video over a two-week period, which will funnel down to one overall winner. To top it all off, the overall winner will receive a Check Out in an upcoming issue of TransWorld SKATEboarding. Also, some additional things to note:
- Women’s Division: Only 12 Spots Available At Each Event So Register Early!
