adidas skateboarding closed out the Summer with their Away Days team tour bringing it right here to NYC at Tompkins Sqaure Park on Friday. Mark Gonzales was on the scene as was Marc Johnson, Nora Vasconcellos, Mark Suciu, Nestor Judkins, Jake Donnelly, and many more of the team riders. We were asked to be a part of the #bringyourbuild and we paid tribute to the meal that’s gotten a lot of us by many times: The 99 cent slice and a soda.

Many people had said it’s the biggest turnout at Tompkins they can remember in a long time. Supreme, Labor Skateshop, KCDC Skateshop, NJ Skateshop, and Max Fish all contributed to bringing out some sick obstacles. Some were left behind and are still out there being skated. Thanks to adidas for including us and thanks to everyone who came out.
