February’s 2nd installment of Skate Night went off this past Tuesday at Max Fish in LES. The locals were all there to take advantage of the good times and welcome some new faces to everyone’s favorite weeknight event.

Big Jim kicked things off with his signature singing voice. Once the crowd was warmed up it was time to get down to business. Patrons competed in contests like mini-hoop basketball, dice games, & the ever popular eating contest.

The prize table had everyone hungry for the eating contest sponsored by Daddy Greens Pizza. Shout out to everyone who supports Skate Night all winter long.

Triple stacking Technique I Photo: @digimil

Everyone has their own strategy for how to finish their food the fastest. Some stack and just send it while others try taking small, fast bites. It’s a real battle of the tortoise and the hare going on everytime.

Another week in the books, thanks to adidas skateboarding and the rest of the sponsors for keeping the skate scene roasting while the rest of the city surrenders to the winter weather.
