A special promo package arrived in the mail from Vans this week introducing the TNT Advanced Prototype (Tony Trujillo’s new shoe). The shoes include all the latest Vans technology but noticeably they’re protected in high wear areas with Duracap-reinforced uppers. For cushion they have the Vans’ UltraCush Lite 3D footbeds and for grip/durability the soles have a brand new waffle tread pattern. Also, the inside side stripe is uniquely vented with mesh to let your foot breathe which we felt was a nice touch.

Vans also included some cool stuff in the packaging for us including a fingerboard, a toy car and an anorak jacket from the collection which also includes a long sleeve tee and a beanie displaying the battle axe graphics. Some pics of the special promo box below (extras not included with standard purchase).

So far the TNT Advanced Prototype come in three colorways: Black/White/Red, Black/Mangenta/White and Marshmallow. Now available for around $75 at authorized Vans Pro Skate dealers worldwide.
