Anthony Van Engelen, Vans team rider and founder of Fucking Awesome, met up with Jim “Murph” Murphy of the infamous Alva posse and Juice Magazine Skate Editor, to talk about the new indoor Vans Skate Space 198 in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York. Murph and AVE talk about Anthony’s early days skateboarding in Southern California, progression in skateboarding and skatepark building and what it’s like to design AVE’s pro skate shoes for Vans. AVE also gives an update on his and Jason Dill’s new Fucking Awesome store in Los Angeles.
